The BRUNS Group as a whole employs more than 330 people.
Whether it’s our agricultural machinery mechanics, metal
workers, and logistics experts or our replacement parts service,
maintenance, and consulting staffs – every one of our
employees is a highly-trained specialist in his field.

Training and expertise
Training and ongoing professional development have traditionally
played an important role for us. Over the decades we
have trained more than 400 young men and women for a wide
range of trades and office work – from agricultural and construction
equipment mechanic, warehouse logistician, office clerk,
and wholesale & export trade specialist to IT systems
consultant. All employees are regularly trained and receive
further occupational training. Bruns also invests heavily in
advanced training for our more than 50 service mechanics.
It goes without saying that all of our mechanics are equipped
with the most advanced tools, electronic data processing
technology, diagnostic equipment, and a fleet of vehicles.
